This website contains examples of the images in my stock photo library that are available for licensed use in print or electronic media.

Unmounted fine art prints are available on three different paper sizes:
11x17 inch print for: $100
13x19 inch print for: $125
17x21 inch print for: $175
Larger size prints are available through the artist. All images are printed on archival fine art paper with an Epson Stylus 3800 printer. This combination is high quality and has a very high permanence rating.

Biography
Russell received his BA in scientific and industrial photography from Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, California. One week later, he began a career as a senior staff photographer with the Stanford Research Institute (now SRI International) in Menlo Park also in California. During his years with SRI he photographed a wide range of subjects ranging from artificial intelligence to life sciences and portraits. During this time, he also did freelance commercial photography in Silicon Valley and worked on personal projects.
In the late eighties Russell desired a career change and moved into the world of computers. These changes lead to a new career in software development and testing for an accounting software firm in Bellevue, Washington. After a merger with another firm in Michigan, he tested software for Microsoft in Redmond, Washington.
Russell left the corporate world in the late 1990's and now devotes his energies to doing what has always been his first love, outdoor photography. Macro and close-up photography of nature is of special interest. Abstract images also attract his attention. Russell concentrates on the Rocky Mountain region of the United States.
